Modern Ice has identified changes in refrigeration regulations and food safety standards that our clients need to know about.  Working toward continuously being the industry experts, we have partnered with our vendors to manage upcoming refrigeration changes as well as participating in the IPIA Plant Operations committee and sending our own team members through training programs.
